Candace Lawson - Office Manager / Financial Coordinator

Candace has over 20 years experience in her position and is knowledgeable in insurance benefits and takes enormous pride in helping patients utilize their dental reimbursement to the best advantage in order to achieve the healthiest smile possible. She will work with you to schedule appointments that will have the least impact on your personal schedule and will see to it that when in our office you will be seen in a prompt and timely manner.

As our Financial Coordinator, Candace works with our patients in order to make the smile they desire a financial reality. Along with the doctors she will help to plan out your treatment in order that it has the desired effect on your budget. If you need to work in phases she will set that up and if long term financing is needed there are options she will be happy to explain.

When Candace is not at work she enjoys reading, sewing and scrapbooking. Her favorite pastime is spending quaility time with her husband Ken, their children and the 6 grandchildren they have.

Suzi Slade, RDH - Hygienist

Suzi has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 25 years and graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. She believes that she has the best job in the world because the people that she works with are fun, caring and professional. The best part of her day is the patients she gets to care for; she loves them all. Some of these patients Suzi has had the privilege of taking care of for fourteen years when she started working in this very office.

The idea that she can bring a happy, healthy smile to someone is priceless to her. Suzi particularly enjoys staying versed in new technology in order to bring too and share with her patients so that together they can maintain the best in dental health.

Suzi grew up in Newport Beach, California and moved to Santa Rosa with her husband 15 years ago. They have two daughters, 13 and 16 which take up most of her time when away from the office. When she does have a moment you can always find her running at Spring Lake and Annadel Park.

Brandy Perez, RDA - Registered Dental Assistant

Brandy has been in the dental field for eleven years and has spent the last seven as a Registered Dental Assistant. She is a people person and loves that being in the dental field gives her the opportunity to directly impact the lives of our patients. Brandy takes personal pride in assisting the doctors in the smiles that they are able to create and enjoys the patient connections that she is able to establish. Her greatest reward is the smile that they have on their faces at the completion of their dental work.

In her time away from the office she enjoys spending time with her husband Jeremiah and their three children, Julissa, James and Sofia. Another of her passions is the time that she is able to spend being actively involved in her church.

Deneane Thomsen, RDA - Registered Dental Assistant

Deneane was born and raised here in Santa Rosa and is a Ukiah Wildcat Alumni, class of 1982. Throughout her 30+ years as a dental assistant she has had the opportunity to serve patients in a large variety of dental treatments and continues to eagerly learn new aspects of modern dentistry. When assisting with the doctors Deneane creates a safe and comfortable environment for patients to have a more pleasant experience.

Deneane's proudest achievement in life is her daughter Cassie who has grown into a generous, caring young woman. Outside of the office she enjoys riding her Harley motorcycle, photography, outdoor activities and spending time with her family, friends and creating wonderful new memories with her boyfriend, Michael.
