Patient Billing
Financial responsibility on the part of each patient must be determined before treatment with arrangements to be made in advance as payment is expected at the time services are rendered. If treatment requires multiple appointments, payment may be divided over the number of appointments.
Emergency dental services, or services perfomed without previous financial arrangements, must be paid for in full at the time services are performed.
Patients with dental insurance will be assisted in billing their insurance company for reimbursement to be paid to the doctor and understand that the patient portion of their treatment will be due at the time services are performed. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We accept Cash, Check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and financing upon approval through CareCredit®.
