Our practice bills all dental insurances. It is important that patients with dental coverage understand that it is their responsibility to know the benefits and restrictions of their individual policies as we do not render services on the assumption that our charges will be paid by your insurance company. As a courtesy we will be happy to send a predetermination to estimate what your insurance will cover as well as the portion not covered. All fees charged by this office are the responsibility of the patient.
Please be sure to bring your insurance information with you to the first appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.
