Office Hours

Nicole Le, DDS & John Savko, DDS are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact we do provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Office Policies in regards to scheduling with our office.

We request 48 hour notification prior to canceling or rescheduling appointments. Canceled appointments with less than 48 hours or "No-Show" appointments will result in a broken appointment fee. This fee is charged at $75.00 per hour scheduled. Three no show or short notice cancelation appointments will result in dismissal.

If you are an adult patient coming in for dental care, and you have a child or children, please arrange for care of them offsite. This is necessary for the following reasons:

  1. During dental treatment the dentist and assistant can naturally be distracted by an uneasy child. Interruptions of the dentist and dental team can have a negative impact of treatment outcome.
  2. Our reception area is not a licensed day-care. Team members unfortunately do not have time to entertain children and we do not wish to be held liable for the supervision of your children.
  3. To provide a more tranquil, relaxing atmosphere for all of our patients.
  4. Please turn off all cell phones prior to entering the treatment area. Again, interruptions to the dentists or assistants can affect the quality of treatment.
